About Gudrun

Gudrun Gilles moved to Perth in 1991 after studying in Cologne, Germany and spending her early professional career in the international education sector in South East Asia.

Since living in Australia, Gudrun has managed community-based human services and held government roles in procurement, service development and compliance.

Over the past 20 years Gudrun has mentored executives and led business development, strategic planning and organisational change activities for small and medium enterprises, tertiary institutions, not-for-profit organisations and government agencies.

Noticing a real need to bridge strategic knowledge with practical implementation, Gudrun started her own change management consultancy to share her insight and expertise with organisations.
